King

King is mainly a common ruffian despite being the ruler of the Foegur.

His mother was said to be a real dragon his father a Tiger striped Foegur was a well trained martial artist. 

 King has a good soul despite his rough treatment of criminals and subjects. 

  Because of his shady background and his link to his father. He was elected as ruler through a hidden closet of elders. 

They stated that his rule would bring people closer. What they wanted however was the nation to unite against him to 

over throw him and bring the council of elders to power. That notion was scrapped as the Foegur subjects immediately took a liking to him.

To them King not only was trained in combat and took the front line to common scraps and battles. But he broadcasted himself to the nation after realizing that most of his subjects woulden't move to come see him. Or their human owners wouldn't come see him. His spectacular knowledge of the human tongue allowed him to befriend the human children and teenagers who sometime accompany him on long adventures. 

Out of most Foegur he is willing to travel.
